Aileen has been passionate about the art of hair since beginning her career in 2003. In 2010, she founded Salon Barberet in Redondo Beach with a vision of creating a salon environment built on advanced skills, creativity, professionalism, and a genuine love for the industry. Her goal has always been to foster a positive atmosphere where both clients and stylists can feel inspired and confident.

Aileen specializes in lived-in color, blonding, corrective color, and precision haircuts. Dedicated to providing the best experience and results for her clients, she continues to invest in ongoing education and stays current with the latest techniques and trends. Her passion for hair remains as strong today as it was when she first entered the industry.

Aileen and Lindsay Miller have been working together since 2009, building a strong professional relationship rooted in trust, creativity, and a shared passion for the salon industry. In January 2026, Aileen welcomed Lindsay as her business partner as they expanded Barberet together, bringing a shared vision of growth, excellence, and exceptional client care.

When she’s not behind the chair, Aileen enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, Marlena and Dean. Whether it’s cheering from the sidelines at sporting events, enjoying beach days, or making family memories, she treasures every moment with her family.

Lindsay has been a hairstylist since 2004, beginning her career in New York before making the move to the South Bay in 2009. As co-owner of the salon, she is passionate about creating a welcoming space where both clients and stylists feel inspired, supported, and confident. While she loves all aspects of hairstyling, blonding is her true specialty. She enjoys creating customized color that enhances each client’s natural beauty.

More than anything, Lindsay values the lasting relationships she has built with her clients over the years. She is deeply committed to continued growth as a stylist and loves taking classes from industry leaders.

Outside of the salon, Lindsay loves traveling with her family, exploring new places, and cheering on her boys at the baseball field.

Since beginning her career in 2014, Chelsea has developed a true passion for creating lived-in, effortless color that enhances her clients’ natural beauty. She specializes in soft, dimensional color with a seamless, low-maintenance feel that grows out beautifully and leaves clients feeling confident and refreshed.

Known for her calm and peaceful demeanor, Chelsea creates a relaxing experience where every guest feels comfortable, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they sit in her chair. Her attention to detail, paired with her warm personality, allows her to build lasting relationships while delivering beautiful, natural-looking results tailored to each client.

Amber Hershberger

STYLIST

Born and raised in the South Bay, Amber has been creating beautiful hair since 2008. She loves all aspects of hairstyling, but her favorite service is dimensional highlighting, helping her clients achieve natural, customized color that enhances their individual beauty. Passionate about building genuine connections, she enjoys working with clients of all ages and creating an experience that makes everyone feel comfortable and confident in her chair.

When she’s not in the salon, you can find her cheering on her children from the sidelines, where their resilience and determination continue to inspire her every day.
